What is the UEFA European Championship? Well, here is a little rundown. It was founded in 1960 and involves 24 football teams across Europe. Euro Cup is the primary association football competition contested by the senior men’s national teams of the members of the Union of European Football Associations, determining the continental champion of Europe. It’s held every four years and this time, it’s held in France.
Now, that’s enough sports background for this article, we have something for the ladies. The 2016 European Football Championship promises to serve up a fine show of sportsmanship. But amidst all the sweat and glory, spectators should keep a lookout for a few certain sportsmen, too. Cristiano Ronaldo – Portugal
Cristiano Ronaldo is a familiar face and has been idolized for his looks and sexy bod for a while now, but the star footballer has joined the Portugal team! He started training less than a week before the start of the Euro Cup. He made his international debut for Portugal back in 2003 at only 18 years of age. He also scored his first international goal in Euro 2004 and helped Portugal reach the finals! He is now playing as forward and serves as captain for Portugal. We know, however, that he looked amazing while posing to promote the new Spring-Summer Emporio Armani lines. Olivier Giroud – France
Olivier Giroud is a French footballer who plays for English club Arsenal and the French national team. Giroud is known for his reliable goal scoring rate, and is associated with making runs to the front post that outwit defenders. He made his full international debut for France in 2011 and he is a tall glass of water. That hair, that chiselled face. Sergio Ramos – Spain
Serving as captain for Real Madrid, he is a Spanish footballer who also plays for Spain’s national team. Internationally Ramos played with the Spain team in three World Cups and two European Championships, and made his first appearance at the age of 18, and in 2013 he became the youngest player to ever each 100 caps. Also, it helps that he is blonde and very beautiful. Graziano Pellè – Italy
He is an Italian who plays as striker for English club Southampton and the Italy national football team. Graziano Pellè represented Italy under-20 and under-21 level and also played for their Olympic team in 2008. In 2014, he scored his senior international debut, and this Italian hunk has what it takes to keep ladies (and some men) glued to the screens as the match is going on. Gerard Piqué – Spain
He plays a central defender for FC Barcelona and the Spain national team. Fun fact: he played for Manchester United in 2004 for four years. He is also in a relationship with Colombian singer Shakira, who is 10 years his senior and the couple have two songs together, Milan and Sasha. He also looks incredible – tall, dark and so handsome. Manuel Neuer – Germany
Neuer may look a little innocent but he is a beast in the goalkeeper box. He plays as goalkeeper for Bayern Munich and the national team for Germany. He is often described as the “sweeper-keeper” for his unique playing style and speed when rushing off his line. The current holder of the IFFHS World’s Best Goalkeeper award (three years in a row), he is regarded as one of the best goalkeepers (and most dashing) of all-time. Hallo hübsche!
